Lubbock home sales rise 4.7% in Q2

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The latest numbers are in for the Texas Quarterly Housing Report, and Lubbock once again saw gains in home sales.

According to the Real Estate Center At Texas A&M, sales increased nearly 5 percent in the second quarter of the year, to just more than 1200 homes.

The median price also grew more than 8 percent.

That number now stands at $150,000.
