LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

One person suffered minor injuries in a single vehicle rollover Wednesday night at 1585 and Highway 62/82, shortly after 9 p.m.

Witnesses told DPS the vehicle was westbound on 1585, traveling at a high rate of speed when it failed to negotiate a curve in the road.

The driver lost control and the vehicle rolled over as it crossed the highway, ending up on the west side of Highway 62/82 near a railroad track.

Fortunately, the driver only suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene by EMS.
