LUBBOCK COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

In June of this year, a sergeant with the Lubbock County Sheriff's office began an undercover operation using a Facebook account. The undercover officer portrayed himself as a 14-year-old girl who just moved to Lubbock and was looking for friends.

According to the warrant, the undercover officer sent a friend request to 35-year-old Patrick Wong who is a registered sex offender in Lubbock.

According to Lubbock County court documents, in 2001, Wong was convicted for indecency with a child. Those documents state Wong accosted a child at a local Walmart and began touching himself to the child.

Once arrested, Wong was given a polygraph test.

The documents state Wong admitted to authorities he met a 13-year-old female online and received oral sex from her on the Texas Tech property.

Now, roughly 15 years after that conviction, the sheriff's department said he pursued a conversation with the undercover officer.

The sergeant told Wong he was a 14-year-old girl and said their conversations eventually became sexual in nature, according to the warrant.

In the affidavit for the search warrant of Wong's home, it states "Wong told your affiant that he is into incest, wished he had a sister to molest, and that his desire is to have me watch him masturbate until he ejaculates on me, and also stated 'you have no idea how perverted I am.'"

The court documents state Wong also sent pictures of himself over Facebook and requested pictures of who he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.

Wong reportedly told the undercover officer that he "masturbates almost every night and tries to find people online to watch him."

Wong then told the official that he wanted to meet and hang out. He stated they would just hang out the first time and then engage in sexual acts the next time.

On August 9, 2016, Wong showed up to meet the child at Heritage Middle School, but was met by officers instead.

According to the court documents, he brought an iced Starbucks coffee for the child and had condoms in his wallet.

Authorities arrested Wong who is now in the Lubbock County Detention Center charged with two counts of online solicitation of a minor. His bonds total $200,000.
