The Floydada Whirlwinds finished up last season 4-7, and now they have high hopes for 2016.
“Some of these kids have been playing for us for four years, and we think that will help throughout the year. We got to stay healthy, and that will help us out a lot,” says Whirlwind head coach Todd Bandy.
With a lot of players back from last year’s squad, Floydada is ready to whirl.
“It’s been the same, you know everybody gets excited about it. Not just football, but school starting back up so we are excited about it,” said Bandy.
