Texas Tech Graduate Appointed to 7th Court of Appeals

A Texas Tech Alum is set to be the next Chief Justice of 7th Court of Appeals in Amarillo.

Governor Rick Perry appointed Brian Patrick Quinn to the position. He is also a Lubbock youth soccer coach and a member of the Lubbock Lions club.

If confirmed by the Senate Quinn will replace Chief Justice and Tech graduate Phillip Johnson.
