Grand opening, ribbon cutting for new apartment complex

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Avalon Apartments located at 3420 Milwaukee Avenue on the corner of 34th and Milwaukee will celebrate its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony August 18, 2016 at 4 p.m.

Avalon Apartments is the newest apartment residence in Lubbock with characteristic sophistication. 

With its upscale modern appearance and stylish surroundings, residents will enjoy having state-­-of-­-the-­-art amenities, which include a 24-­-hour wellness facility, resort-­-style pool with tanning ledges, and the latest technology including personal smartphone keyless entry and Sonos music system in the Activity Center. 

The complex will also host regular community events such as yoga classes and wine tasting for the residents.

Avalon Apartments is now leasing for one and two-­-bedroom apartment homes and will be ready for move in October 1, 2016.
