TX Programs Offers Assault Victims More Protection Against Attackers - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On Friday, the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault and the Women's Advocacy Program launched its 'Pro Se Sexual Assault Protective Order Packet', which helps victims get a restraining order without an attorney.

"Pro Se means that someone can now come into a courtroom without the assistance of an attorney and request a protective order if he or she has been sexually assaulted," said Chris Lippincott, from the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault
