Condition Of Lubbock Passenger In Weekend Crash Improves

The passenger in a weekend crash has been upgraded to satisfactory condition.

Twenty-three year old Lindsey Pate was injured early Saturday morning when the SUV she was riding-in slammed into a pole at 98th and Vinton.

The driver of that vehicle, 23-year-old Chad Kawata, is charged with intoxication assault.
