Upland at 62/82 closed for construction Wednesday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

TxDOT crews will close Upland Avenue at US 62/82 to all traffic starting Wednesday morning.

Northbound traffic will be detoured to allow crews to place bridge beams for the new Upland Avenue overpass.

This will begin at 10 a.m. and will continue until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

That closure will pick back up after rush hour Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. for work to continue overnight.
