Ismael Diaz will stand trial for a deadly stabbing at Copper Caboose last month. A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Diaz Tuesday for capital murder, murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.

Twenty-one year-old Hector Villareal died and 22 year-old Jason Delarosa suffered critical injuries in the April 17th stabbing. It happened in the restaurant parking lot at 56th and Avenue Q, just as the two were leaving work around 11 o'clock at night.

Restaurant patrons held Diaz at the scene until police arrived.
