Next Spring, tourists will have a new option in lodging in North Lubbock.

It will be located just West of the Lubbock Heart Hospital on the North Loop. In July, I & S Investments will break ground on a new La Quinta Inn and Suites. The plan is to open the hotel next March, at which time La Quinta will have two locations in Lubbock.
