An O'Donnell public official is in the hot seat.
61-year-old Tommy Woolam is an Alderman in O'Donnell, located 40 miles south of Lubbock. The problem is, he's been convicted of a DWI three times, making him a felon. Convicted felons are barred from holding a public office, a state law Woolam says he wasn't aware of.
