A routine warrant arrest turned into a chase in Central Lubbock on Thursday.
Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies tried to serve civil papers in the 1100 Block of 58th Street. There, they recognized 23-year-old Roy Price who was wanted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Price fled when he saw authorities. Deputies chased him and arrested him just blocks away.
