Central Lubbock Shooting Under Investigation - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A shooting in central Lubbock remains under investigation, but police now know who the victim is.

25-year-old Leonard Garcia turned himself in Monday night. He was apparently grazed in the abdomen with a bullet during a fight in the 2400 block of 22nd Place but is doing fine.

25-year-old Robert Madrid is charged with aggravated assault in the case.
