April Death Of Lubbock Child Ruled Homicide

New information in the investigation in the death of a Lubbock toddler.

The medical examiners office ruled Tuesday that the death of Emily Elizabeth Tarango was a homicide. The cause of death was ruled as blunt force trauma. The 3-year-old died at the Windcrest Estacado Apartments on April 6th.

Up until this point, police had called the child's death suspicious. Police tell NewsChannell they will first question anyone who had contact with Emily when she died.
