Noon Notebook 10/11: David Gaschen returning to Lubbock for Phantom of the Opera

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

David Gaschen will star in Texas Tech Opera Theatre's "Phantom of the Opera."

Gaschen is a Broadway veteran, Texas Tech alumnus and Lubbock native. 

Texas Tech Opera Theatre students will join Gaschen in this production.

This production, in cooperation with Moonlight Broadway, will take place at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.

Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on November 18-22 and November 25-26.

Matinee performances are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on November 20,26-27.

This production will coincide with the Junior League of Lubbock's annual Holiday Happening. 

So, you can spend your afternoon shopping and then walk over to the other side of the civic center to catch the performance.

Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased at the Texas Tech Student Union Building Ticket Office, at the main Select-A-Seat office in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, by calling 806-770-2000, online by clicking here. 

Prices are $38.25 for children and range from $43.50 to $100 for adults.
