Three TTU Alumni Appointed To Board Of Regents

Three new regents are now making decisions for Texas Tech.

Thursday was the first meeting the regents have attended since being appointed by the governor in March. They include Mark Griffin who also serves as Lubbock ISD School Board President, Larry Anders of Plano and Daniel Serna of Arlington.

All three are Texas Tech alumni.

TTU Regents Decide To Postpone Any Changes To University Seal
The last decision made by the university was to keep the cotton symbol on the seal in some form. Thursday the board of regents met to discuss their options and have decided to postpone any changes of the seal.
