Central Lubbock Stand-Off Ends Peacefully - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Just before 9 p.m. Thursday evening, a stand-off in Central Lubbock came to a peaceful end with four people in custody. It started around 5:30 that afternoon when authorities tried to serve a warrant to a man at 3817 32nd Street .

After more than three and a half hours all four people inside the home surrendered.
