Bank Fraud Trial Resumes Monday

The bank fraud trial of three Lubbock businessmen will resume Monday with deliberations.

Former First State Bank President Tom Darden, and businessmen Frank and Rick Thompson are accused of defrauding First State Bank and State National Bank of approximately $2.5 million.

Stockbroker and former Lubbock I.S.D. board member Monte Hasie also faces trial on charges relating to the scheme.
