LUBBOCK COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

A confirmed member of the Aryan Circle is out on bond after being charged with possession with intent to deliver.

A deputy pulled Tony Breedlove over on October 12, and said he noticed a glass pipe in the driver's side door.

When the deputy ran Breedlove's name through the system, he said he found a felony warrant for burglary of a building.

Breedlove asked if his truck could be released to his passenger, Denise Bunyard, but when the deputy ran her name, he found she was wanted for outstanding warrants as well.

The deputy said he then searched the truck and found a purple Crown Royal bag containing three plastic baggies with a crystal like substance, the bottom of an aluminum soda can, four syringes, and "Joker" cigarette papers.

The crystal like substance tested positive for methamphetamine.

The deputy said in total, he found 15.3 grams of meth in the vehicle.

Breedlove was arrested for possession with intent to deliver and the felony warrant, but he is now out on bond.

Bunyard remains in the Lubbock County Detention Center charged with possession of a controlled substance, speeding, and three warrants for open container in a vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle and another possession of a controlled substance charge.

Her bonds total more than $55,000.
