Lubbock gathers for watch parties ahead of 3rd presidential debate

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

There are several watch parties scheduled here in Lubbock for Wednesday night's presidential debate.

The Lubbock County Republican Party is hosting their 6th annual golf tournament and Debate Watch Party.

The tournament at the Rawls Course started Wednesday afternoon, and they will watch the debate there this evening.

Meanwhile, the Lubbock County Democrats will host their watch party at 2518 57th Street. That begins at 7:30 p.m.

And you can take in tonight's debate on the big screen at Alamo Drafthouse.

If you want to watch it there, you need to reserve your seat by purchasing a $5 food and beverage voucher.
