Lubbock Federal Jury Finds Three Businessman Guilty

A federal jury has found three Lubbock businessmen guilty of fraudulent activity.

The men were accused of defrauding First State Bank and State National Bank of $2.5 million. Former First State Bank President Tom Darden was found guilty on all 21 counts against him. Businessman Rick Thompson was guilty of 15 of the 21 counts and Frank Thompson was found guilty on 16 of those counts.

Sentencing has been set for July.
