24 schools left in Cheer Championship

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

We started with 80 cheer squads and 24 are left after the week 5 voting results.

Sundown, Monterey, Sands, Patton Springs, Lorenzo, Estacado, New Home and Lazbuddie advanced to the Sweet 16.

Right now the right side of the bracket is up for the vote at kcbd.com/cheer.

Wilson vs Lamesa
Petersburg vs Abernathy
Nazareth vs Dimmitt
Hermleigh vs Talkington
Lubbock Cooper vs Muleshoe
Levelland vs Spur
Lubbock High vs Seminole

Voting is open through next Thursday at 3. One vote per minute per email is allowed at kcbd.com. Results next Thursday at 6 when 16 will still be battling for the grand prize. Good Luck!
