Operation Fake Out Deemed Success By Lubbock Authorities - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock authorities are calling Operation Fake Out a success. The effort to crack down on Fake-ID's and underage drinking resulted in 11 arrests in the past five months.

During that time, businesses also confiscated 40-counterfeit ID's. Operation Fake Out is a state wide measure sponsored by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. It will resume when school starts in the fall.
