National Ranching Heritage Center Holds Fundraiser

White horses, black bulls and pink flamingos, that was the theme for the National Ranching Heritage Center's first ever fundraiser.

The gala was held at the Ranching Heritage Saturday evening. Kenny Maines and Andy Wilkinson entertained the crowd while they enjoyed barbecue. Organizers are hoping to raise $100,000 to go toward the upkeep on the center's permanent art collection as well as the historic preservation of the 38 buildings. They are also hoping to make this an annual event.
