Man accused of indecency with a child found not guilty

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A jury has decided a Lubbock man accused of indecency with a child is not guilty.

According to court documents, police say 49-year-old Curtis James Johnson sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 17. The jury found him not guilty on two different counts

Johnson has previous convictions. He was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and domestic assault with a prior conviction in 2012.
