Albertson's To Close 4th Street Location - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

In less than 24 hours, a Lubbock grocery store will close its doors for good.

The Albertson's location on 4th Street will be closing Thursday at 4pm.

NewsChannel 11 called Albertsons' Corporate Office several times to find out why they're closing and how many employees will lose their jobs, but our calls have not been returned.

The closure leaves Lubbock with two Albertson's locations.
