Lubbock Motorcyclist Injured Following Overnight Crash - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock motorcyclist is listed in fair condition after crashing his bike Wednesday night.

The accident happened about 12:40am at South Loop 289 and Indiana. 21-year-old Derek Garcia lost control of his motorcycle as he was turning onto the westbound access road.

Garcia is now being treated at Covenant Medical Center. Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
