Affidavit, Arrest Warrant Reveal Details Behind Post Woman's Death

New information in the murder of Socorro Storie. NewsChannel 11 has obtained the affidavit and arrest warrant for Pablo Soto.

On May 16th, Garza County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call at the Post Cemetery. The deputy reported that Soto smelled of alcohol when he arrived on the scene. He also found Storie with blood on her face and clothing. She told the deputy that Soto rammed her car, pulled her out of the vehicle and began hitting her. Storie died from those injuries three days later.

Her children tell NewsChannel 11 that she was at the cemetery visiting her son's grave. Soto was arrested in Lubbock on Monday. He was transferred to Garza County on Thursday where he is now charged with murder.
