2005 Child Safety Seat Ease of Use Ratings - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Uncle Sam has released its rating of child safety seats. The National Highway Safety and Traffic Administration say eight out of 10 seats received the agency's highest mark. The seats are rated on clarity of labels, ease of usage and whether they're sold already assembled.
