Testimony Continues In Bank Fraud Trial

A Lubbock businessman returned to court Wednesday to testify about a bank fraud scheme he pleaded guilty to Friday.

Rick Thompson and his father Frank Thompson now face a maximum of five years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud.

Former Lubbock ISD school board member Monte Hasie and former First State Bank President, Tom Darden are now on trial for their alleged roles in the same scheme.

Testimony continues Thursday in Lubbock Federal Court.
