Lubbock Police are still searching for two people in an early morning hit and run Monday.
The accident happened about 2:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of 50th Street. Police say the driver of the truck was headed east on 50th when he lost control. The truck slid across the street and hit a pole in front of a Pizza Hut.
The three people inside the truck fled on foot. One of them, 17-year-old Charles Vouscher, collapsed due to his injuries. EMS took him to University Medical Center for treatment.
The driver and a passenger are still at large.
