CROSBYTON, TX (KCBD) -

After 11 years at Crosbyton, Brannon Rodgers is leaving to be the Head Football Coach/AD at Jacksboro, a Class 3A Division II School.

Rodgers did amazing things with the Chiefs including making seven straight playoff runs. He guided Crosbyton to five District Titles.

The move to Jacksboro will be official pending a school board meeting Friday.

Rodgers was so invested in Crosbyton and he says the decision to move on was extremely tough.

I want to thank Coach Rodgers for all he did and wish he and his family the best.
