LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock police are on the scene of a shooting at 24th Place & Avenue L. Police say there were multiple people fighting in Burns Park when shots were fired.

They received multiple reports of shots fired around 7 p.m.

One shooting victim is in critical condition. Investigators are on the scene interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence.

A portion of Avenue K has been blocked off during the investigation.
