Crosbyton Man Dies In Head-On Collision

A head on collision killed a Crosbyton man Wednesday morning.

DPS Troopers say Rayford Nicholson was headed West on U.S. 62-82 outside of Crosbyton just before 7 a.m. He drifted into the East bound lane and hit a Chevy truck head on. The 45-year-old  was pronounced dead at the scene.

EMS took the people in the truck to Covenant Medical Center. Max Malone of Lubbock is in fair condition and the condition of his wife is unknown at this time.
