2006 Mayoral Race Pits Martin Against Miller - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

In the 2006 Lubbock Mayoral race, City Councilman Tom Martin will run against Lubbock businessman David Miller.

Miller announced his candidacy back in March, while Martin made his bid Wednesday. Miller is the Med Group Chairman of the Board. He also serves as Director of Lubbock National Bank. Miller earned his Bachelor and Masters Degree in Special Education from Texas Tech University.
