LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

You've probably heard that 'hands-only CPR' is recommended to the beat of the hit song "Staying Alive" to get the right rhythm for that life-saving effort.

But what if you never liked that Bee Gees song or even heard of it?

Now, New York Presbyterian Hospital has compiled a list of songs for every generation to help yo through hands-only CPR including "rock your body" by Justin Timberlake.

The idea is if you see someone having a heart attack, call 911 first. Then push hard and fast in the center of the chest to the beat of any of the songs.

  1. Stayin' Alive - Edited Version Bee Gees 1:32
  2. Cecilia Simon & Garfunkel 2:49
  3. Hard To Handle The Black Crowes 3:07
  4. Sweet Home Alabama Lynyrd Skynyrd 4:43
  5. Rock Your Body Justin Timberlake 4:27
  6. I Will Survive - Remastered Gloria Gaynor 4:55
  7. MMMBop - Single Version Hanson 3:58
  8. Gives You Hell The All-American Rejects 3:33
  9. Heartbreaker Mariah Carey, JAY Z 4:45
  10. Another One Bites The Dust Queen 3:34
