TRAFFIC ALERT: Jaws of Life used in rollover on 66th Street near Indiana, traffic rerouted

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Emergency responders had to use the Jaws of Life to get the driver out of a vehicle just before 9:45 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 3000 block of 66th Street.

A white Nissan Rogue hit a red Dodge Truck that was parked on 66th Street.

First responders had to rip the roof off of the Nissan to get the driver out. The driver was taken by ambulance to the hospital with moderate injuries.

Westbound and eastbound traffic on 66th Street near Indiana is being rerouted, motorists are asked to find another route.
