Stand Up for Kids, Saturday at Buddy Holly Recreation Park

The Children's Advocacy Center of the South Plains invites you to Stand Up for Kids, Saturday, March 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Buddy Holly Recreation Park, North University & Cesar Chavez Drive.

They'll have live entertainment, guest speakers, a bike display from Bikers Against Child Abuse, representatives from the LPD Mounted Rescue Team, Jump High Jumpers for the kids, and of course, free drinks, hot dogs, and popcorn.

At the Kids Community Stand, each person will hold up a sign representing one of the 759 children who came to the center in 2016.
