Dairy Queen Breaks Guinness Record To Benefit CMN

It stands more than 22 feet high and weighs nearly 10,000 pounds - It's the world's largest frozen treat and it made it in the Guinness Book of Records Tuesday.

A Dairy Queen in Springfield, Massachusetts took the challenge to raise money for Children's Miracle Network. You might recognize CMN from NewsChannel 11's annual telethon which raised more than $700,000 locally in early June.

The old record was set in 1999 with a treat that weighed half as much as the Dairy Queen Blizzard made Tuesday.
