LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The 20th annual City Lights Charity Gala and Casino Night is right around the corner.

This year's theme is Casino Royale, double down for charity.

It is hosted by the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine first-year class.

Every year, this event raises money that directly benefit local charities.

This year, the money will go to the TTUHSC Free Clinic, Catholic Charities Diocese of Lubbock, Boys and Girls Club and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Southwest.

The TTUHSC Free Clinic at Lubbock Impact is a student-inspired free clinic that serves the at-risk population of Lubbock.

Patients do not have health insurance or a primary care physician.

The top-tier package, which includes the charity gala and casino, is $90 for community members and $60 for students.

The package includes a plated dinner, two drink tickets, and a starter package of casino chips.

Dinner is steak, chicken or you can choose from vegetable options.

The casino royale experience includes two drink tickets and a starter package of casino chips for $75.
