The GT Express 101 meal maker is supposed to make home cooked meals in minutes! This $40 product has two separate compartments and a lid that closes down on the food to cook it from every angle.
I bought stuff to make wraps, and chicken cordon bleu. First, the wrap, I put all the good stuff on the tortilla, rolled it up, cut it in half and placed it in the GT Express. Seven minutes later it was done.
Then, I wanted to see if the express could actually cook raw chicken in 20 minutes. But not just plain chicken but chicken stuffed with ham and cheese and rolled in bread crumbs. And to my surprise 20 minutes is all it needed. The chicken was cooked all the way. The clean-up was easy too. I just took my paper towel and wiped it clean.
For dessert, I tried making mini-cakes. In seven minutes we had a completely cooked cake. Every single meal we made came out cooked and looking good. They also tasted fabulous as well. The GTExpress works!
