USPS introduces way to see your mail before it's delivered

You can now see your mail before it's delivered. It is called Informed Delivery offered by the United States Postal Service and is similar to tracking a package delivery. It is designed to cut down on mail theft. 

When you sign up, you'll be able to see a photo of each envelope scheduled to arrive in your mailbox that day.

You can register for free and there is an optional program to get daily updates in your email, no matter where you are.

Informed Delivery is available nationwide starting today.
