DIMMIT,TX (KCBD) -

A Dimmit man is trying to rebuild after his home suffered from damaged relating to a Friday night tornado.

Beau Bradley said he was at his father's home when the tornado hit the town and was able to take shelter with his wife. Now it is up to him to asses the damage and try to rebuild.

"All these people were coming around to help all day. I haven't called anyone, everyone has just showed up and volunteered," Bradley said.

The Castro County Sheriff's Office has reported there are no injuries due to the tornado. There are also reports of damage in Plainview, but that has been reported to nothing more than property damage to cars and windows.
