Texas Tech softball swept by Oklahoma State

STILLWATER, OK (KCBD) -

Texas Tech softball lost a doubleheader to Oklahoma State Sunday 9-1 and 6-5 as they were swept in a three-game series by the Cowgirls for the first time since 2009.

Oklahoma State had not beat Tech in softball since 2014 prior to this weekend’s series.

Texas Tech is 17-26 overall and 4-11 in Big XII play.

Tech will host Senior weekend beginning 6 p.m. Friday as No. 8 Oklahoma comes to Rocky Johnson Field.
