Stolen Trash Truck Ends Up In South Lubbock Crash - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A stolen truck caused quite a stink in South Lubbock Wednesday. A trash worker called police around lunchtime and reported his truck stolen.

Apparently the thief jumped inside and drove off when the worker stepped out and took a short walk. The joyride came to an abrupt end at 96th and Avenue W when the man hit a parked car, jumped out and ran.
