North Lubbock Drivers Can Expect Traffic Delays - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

If you drive in North Lubbock, you may experience some traffic delays.

Wednesday afternoon, TxDOT crews opened a new intersection at Texas Tech Parkway and North Quaker. It's a three way stop with one-lane traffic in each direction.

Eventually the Parkway will be a four-lane highway that starts at the North Loop and parallels Quaker Avenue before it curves across the tech campus.
