The Dallas Cowboys could be facing their toughest opponent yet...47 homeowners.

The Arlington City Council wants homeowners in this neighborhood to move. Tuesday night, the council voted to exercise eminent domain so the city could build a new football stadium. The city is offering market value plus $22,000 for the homes. If homeowners don't accept, the city will take the fight to court.
