Operation Care Sends DPS Troopers Out In Full Force

State Troopers will be out in full force this weekend looking for drunk drivers, speeders and seat-belt violators.

It's part of a nationwide safety campaign called "Operation CARE," or Combined Accident Reduction Effort.

Last July 4th weekend, DPS Troopers arrested more than 900 drunk drivers in Texas.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission issues these safety tips for all Americans.
