Seminole Man Dies After Tanker Hits Semi

A Seminole man is dead after he crashed his semi into the back of a gravel truck Thursday.

DPS Troopers and firefighters responded to the accident just after 10:30 Thursday morning, one mile East of the Hockley County Line on US 62-82.

Troopers say 30-year-old Lucio Navarro Junior failed to slow down and hit a gravel truck that turned in front of him. He later died at University Medical Center.

No one in the gravel truck was injured.
